AppointmentPlease come to the laboratory with your valid Carte Vitale (medical health card) and private health insurance details if you would like payment to be made direct. Some tests are not eligible for reimbursement, including health checks for driving licences and insurance policies. These tests will be at your own expense.

When you register on arrival, you will be asked for your surname, maiden name, first name, date of birth, address and telephone number. For security purposes, this information will be checked when you go in for your test.

In accordance with French data protection legislation, all information given will remain confidential.

  • Please bring your prescription with you.
    (prescriptions are valid for one year)
  • If you are taking medication, please let us know at the time of your test when you last took the medication and the dose you are on. This is particularly important in the case of anti-vitamin K (Previscan, Sintrom, Coumadin), Lithium, Digoxin, Valproic acid and Carbamazeipine, when you should not take your medication prior to your test.
  • For some tests, we may need to ask you, in strict confidence, for additional information, such as your weight, your last menstrual period, etc.
  • If you are taking injections of Calciparine and/or Heparin (Lovenox, Fraxodi, etc), please contact the laboratory in advance as strict times for testing must be adhered to.
